We came with a few of us, six in total and it was such a nice night we were very happy to sit outside. The waitress was more than obliging and was very helpful. It was humming already so we ordered promptly, five pizzas and a green salad. As we expected to wait we were getting quite comfortable watching all the folks come and go. A very efficient system and on to it staff. Our pizzas arrived and were perfect. Beautiful crispy chewy base not over loaded with toppings. Fresh parmy and chilli flakes requested and was not a problem. this is all that is required. Easy peasy and with out any fuss at all. A very relaxing and enjoyable evening. Thanks!

We closed the doors for a couple days a while back, piled the staff in the van and shot to Te Anau for the night to hang out and kick back with a few beers, okay allot of beers, and tell a few lies. The subject of dinner came up so we all wandered into town for a look around. Having some vegies in the group and not wanting to re-morgage the restaurant, we decided pizza was the order of the day. La Toscana looked after us very well, the food was quick for how busy they were and the pizza themselves were very well made, the bases made and pinned perfectly and the topping fresh and well selected. We had 4 pizza's, 2 bottles of chianti and the whole bill was $108.00! the service was obliging and un-obtrusive and i would highly recommend this place should you find yourself in Fiordland. Oh and by the way, most of the beers were consumed after the pizza, incase you were wondering.
