I have been to this restaurant countless times in the past however this time tonight was what made me really unhappy. Last few times their services have been acceptable and the waitresses and couple owners have been very polite. I understand there has been a change in menu recently as well as a significant price hike. I ordered food for takeaway and was speechless when I got home and opened up the food. Half cooked meat and a soup base that tasted like water and salt with nothing else. I understand they were trying to accompany students having a night out tonight but having lukewarm soup on half cooked meat is disgusting. On top of that, he never once mentioned the price was higher than before and the menu didn't indicate anything either. Really disappointed, never will have my business again. And like what he said to the other person that reviewed this place "there are other Vietnamese restaurants." Damn right there are I'm never going back to this sub-par one. Avoid at all cost.

I have been going to this restaurant for quite a while and I have never had any issues and quite enjoyed the food, but the last time I went, we ordered a spicy pork dish, which was absolutely flavourless. I understand a couple own the restaurant and I told the husband the pork was inedible and his reply was "this is how it is suppose to taste" and because there is more than one chef, the dishes can taste different every time. I said that I was disappointed by his comments as the pork is simply inedible. He then went on to say that there were other Vietnamese restaurants I can go to.
I was absolutely appalled by his comments and it is clear the OWNER cares very little about customer satisfaction.
I will never be coming back to this restaurant as the owner is correct; there are many other Vietnamese restaurants far better than this one!

This place is cheap and cheerful. They rice paper wraps are great, we had vegetarian which were lovely and fresh. Salt an pepper squid was chewy but tasty (I wouldn't order it again, but I have had worse). We had a bit of a mix up with our order, which the staff were happy to fix but the whole baked fish which arrived looked great so we decided to stick with it. Friendly, willing staff who were happy to oblige.
