Awarded Top Lamb Dish in NZ at the Hopitality Association of New Zealand Awards for Excellence 2010/11, also a top 4 Finalist in the Best Beef Dish in NZ in the same awards.

Grant Dicker, our Chef, has this year (2011) been handpicked as a Chef Ambassador for Beef & Lamb New Zealand. This role sees Grant travelling to various destinations demonstrating with and promoting NZ Beef and Lamb at it's finest.
